Refunds & Exchanges 
A return may be placed within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have lapsed, unfortunately, we can not offer a refund or exchange.

To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and the product must be unused in the same condition received. Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification of approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may take 3-7 business days, depending on the banking institution. 
Only defective or damaged items may be exchanged. Proof of damaged item must be mailed to: 512 Workman Mill Rd. PO# 2202 La Puente, CA  91746. 

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping times will vary based on distance. 

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
